Delivery & Returns

Delivery to the UK:

We offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours delivery on all orders.

Delivery is free for all UK orders. 

Please allow 2-3 working days.

 

Delivery to Europe:

The delivery fees for Europe are dependent on the country - please check the final fees at checkout. 

Please allow 5-10 working days

 

Tax & Duties

For customers outside the UK, VAT is removed from the order’s total value once a qualifying shipping country is selected. All orders outside the UK are shipped on a “Delivered Duties Unpaid” basis and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Once the order reaches the border, you will be notified of the associated costs and a request to settle duties and taxes will be required in full before the goods are cleared and delivered. 

Please note that we have no control over the duties and taxes and cannot offer a refund for these.

 

UK returns

We do hope that you will love our products. However, should you decide that you want to return your products, we commit ourselves to offer a refund under the below conditions. Please note that for now, we provide free returns only for UK territory.  

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days after the date of reception of your order. The products must still be in their original packaging and in their original condition (not used, scratched or damaged).

To make a return, please send an email to contact@namsu.me, stating your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will provide all the necessary instructions, as well as a free pre-paid return label. We aim to respond in one business day. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned. Please note that we do not refund delivery charges on any orders. 

Our returns policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. The Returns Policy was last updated on 22/09/2021.

 

International returns

To return your order, please send an email to contact@namsu.me, stating your order number and the reason for your return. Please note that or orders outside the UK, we don’t cover the cost of returning the order at the moment. We suggest you use a tracked service to ensure safe delivery as we are not responsible for the returned order until it reaches us.
